Kolovan

Kolovan was an Imperial industrial world, now a dead world. No segmentum, sector, system, or coordinates are recorded for it.

Hive Fleet Kraken attacked Kolovan in M41. The planetary defence force made the first stand, followed by the Ultramarines 3rd and 5th Companies, with whom fought Chaplain Ortan Cassius and Remas of the Scythes of the Emperor. Cassius slew the Swarmlord on Kolovan. The Tyranids were repelled, but the planet was left a poisoned, acidic world with no surviving human population.
