Ophelia VIII is the numbered sister world in the Ophelia System, not Ophelia VII the cardinal see of Celestine, the Synod Ministra and the Convent Sanctorum. This map keeps it under ophelia-system beside that researched cathedral planet.

Published gazetteers name VII as the shrine-industrial capital and IV as the grave world used in the Indomitus assault; VIII is the leftover numeral this chart still parks in the same well. Battle Sisters split strength between Terra and this system so no single tyrant owns the faith, but the mile-high cathedrals and the dungeons sit on VII, not here.

Ophelia VIII still matters as the companion pin the overlay already refused to collapse into one cathedral. Unofficial summaries keep the Tempestus system parent, do not paste Celestine's cardinal dossier onto this row, and leave Corribra's Ophelia IV mash alone.
