Palacia

Palacia is an Imperial world for which no segmentum, sector, system or coordinates are recorded. In 499.M41 it was the scene of the Palacia Heresy, a rebellion during which the systematic execution of the planet’s population was halted when Logan Grimnar, Great Wolf of the Space Wolves, took command of the Imperial Guard regiments deployed there and rallied the loyalist cities against the traitors.
