Scintilla

Scintilla is the capital of the Calixis Sector: two huge hives, a walking city, a gun-foundry town, and an Inquisitorial fortress in the Tricorn. Nobles hunt the lower-born for sport; the middle hive works itself to death for the tithe. The sector's money, heresy and Redemptionists all pass through here. One Black Crusade map put this world far too far north; ignore that plot.
