Scintilla System

The Scintilla System is the capital well of the Calixis Sector: two huge hives, a walking city, a gun-foundry town, and an Inquisitorial fortress in the Tricorn. Moons Lachesis and Sothus share the charted well.

Nobles hunt the lower-born for sport; the middle hive works itself to death for the tithe. Sector money, heresy, and Redemptionists all pass through here. One Black Crusade map put this world far too far north; ignore that plot.

The Scintilla System still matters as the Calixis throne. Unofficial fan summaries keep the Calixis parent and refuse to treat the pin as a random Obscurus hive.
