Death of Quixos
Eisenhorn killed Quixos on Farness Beta before the radical’s copied pylons could pinch the Eye of Terror shut. Ravenor’s tip put the five-inquisitor cell on the Gate-mouth mountain while Chaos struck the Cadian Gate elsewhere. Prophaniti and Cherubael made the assault a daemonhost theatre; Quixos still called his hunters heretics as the force blade finished him. The pylons stayed unfinished. The Malus Codicium did not.
