Urbitane veteran murders
Eisenhorn hunted the Urbitane veteran murders on Sameter when ritual corpses looked like Chaos work and were not. Broken Guard survivors were killing people they named daemons in the agro-chem haze. The pattern mimicked a cult until the Inquisitor read the war back into the wounds. Urbitane did not get a clean ending. It got a truthful one.
