Wars for Cociaminus
The Wars for Cociaminus were Imperial and Chaos campaigns for the planet Cociaminus, which changed hands repeatedly between 760 and 773.M41. Imperial and Chaos armies exchanged control of the world so often that staff officers came to call it the world that refused to die. Generals Kelso and Forgues took Harshen, Bolliqen, and Nazeth with Narmenian armour under Coron Grizmund, but the campaign remained unfinished until 762. After Balhaut, Cociaminus fell twice more and was the object of three further Imperial campaigns. Munitorum estimates put Imperial Guard deaths on Cociaminus at more than eight million, a toll exceeding that recorded for the siege of Morlond.
