Armageddon Sector

The Armageddon Sector is an administrative division of the Segmentum Solar comprising the Armageddon Sub-sector, Voss, Golgotha, Justicar, Paleoth and Desedna. It groups the surrounding systems with the hive world Armageddon, whose name has become Imperial shorthand for protracted land war.

Angron’s First War, Ghazghkull’s Waaaghs and the Season of Blood each extend beyond a single system, and the sector is the unit that contains them. This entry describes the sector as a whole. The planet of Armageddon is catalogued separately, under the Armageddon system, which sits beneath the sector in the site’s hierarchy.

The sector remains significant because Terra cannot disregard a hive cluster so close to it. The site places the sector under the Segmentum Solar, a parentage that rests on unofficial notes.
