Boros Prime

Boros Prime is the principal world of the Boros Gate, a Dark Creed battlefield in the Boros System, Segmentum Obscurus. There the Word Bearers, under Ekodas and Marduk, engaged White Consuls, Imperial Guard, Grey Knights and Necrons simultaneously.

The Nexus Arrangement obstructed the Warp until Marduk expended it. Titus Valens died while keeping Gaius Aquilius alive. Kor Phaeron’s Brotherhood attempted a purge within the Host and failed. The Imperial side prevailed, but only three Astartes remained standing on the Gate world that had been the object of the contest.

Boros Prime remains the named Gate engagement of Dark Creed, marked by heavy attrition on every side. Unofficial summaries retain the Boros System as its parent location and keep this entry distinct from Tanakreg, Sicarus and Cadia.
