Damnos System

The Damnos System is the Vidar Sector ice-mining well whose principal world, Damnos, became Ultramarines shorthand for fighting Necrons in the snow. Goethe Majoris shares the charted gravity.

The Fall of Damnos and the later Second Battle both spent 2nd Company blood across this well, not across a nameless Ultima void. Sicarius learned defeat here; Calgar came back to finish the tombs. Antax the sector forge is a neighbour, not a child of this system.

The Damnos System still matters as the named Ultramarines/Necron star. Unofficial summaries keep the vidar-sector parent and leave Damnos itself as the child pin this overlay also rewrites.
