Graia is the Crown of Miracles, the richest forge in the Belt of Iron, stubborn even by Mechanicus standards. Its principal forge network can unstick from the planet and fly. Orks, Chaos and a later sorcerer all wrecked the yards in M41; Malum Caedo is the name on that last mess. Use this Uhulis / Belt of Iron id, not the low-confidence Ultima Graia.
