Medusa V

Medusa V is a mining-industrial hive in the Ultima Medusa System, named as a courtesy to the Iron Hands, not their homeworld. Van Grothe's Rapidity finally swallowed it after a late-M41 free-for-all in which the Imperium tried to evacuate, Chaos tried to weaponise the storm, and everyone else tried to loot the dying rock. Lord Marshal Harazahn got civilians off and stopped Ygethmor; Lucius and Ignatius Grulgor were among the Chaos names on the ground. Distinct from Iron Hands Medusa (medusa-1117 in the Sthenelus System).
