Nuceria System

The Nuceria System is Angron's gladiator star system in Ultima Segmentum, a High-Rider well where the Butcher's Nails were civic hardware rather than a Legion secret. Nuceria itself raised the Red Angel in the pits, then learned what a primarch does when he comes home with a brother and a grudge.

He returned in the Heresy, butchered the planet, and rose as a daemon prince while Guilliman's Ultramarines tried to interrupt the ritual. Lion El'Jonson later burned whatever still had a name from orbit, and Angron felt the blow from Terra.

The Nuceria System remains a loyalist warning about leaving a broken primarch's home on the map. Unofficial summaries keep the Ultima parent and do not pretend the High-Riders still collect a tithe.
