The Sigma Pavonis System is an Ultima well whose principal world is the Ciaphas Cain Guard medicae rock that also manufactures combat servitors, not Pavonis the Nightbringer tomb. This map keeps the Ultima parent.

Caves of Ice is a footnote: troopers go siggy here until they are fit for the line or they are not men anymore. The child world holds that joke; this system row is the gravity well the hospital sits in. No published fleet-base gazetteer fattens it further.

The Sigma Pavonis System still matters as Cain's hospital well. Unofficial summaries keep Ultima Segmentum, refuse to steal Uriel Ventris's Pavonis dossier, and do not promote the pin into a sector.
