Signus Prime

Signus Prime was the capital of a seven-world industrial cluster until daemons made it a playground for Kyriss and Ka'Bandha. Horus sent the Blood Angels there to die; Sanguinius got them out and then declared the whole cluster forever dead. Beacons still warn traffic off. A cyclonic charge finished the Cathedral of the Mark.
