High King Tybalt

High King Tybalt is the patriarch of House Terryn, a knightly house of the Imperium, and pilot of the Knight Warden Fury of Voltoris. House Terryn is the first knightly house that the Imperium continues to cite. Its homeworld, Voltoris, is so peaceful that the household’s daily canticles extend over several hours. Tybalt treats this tranquillity as a reason to campaign on the Eastern Fringe against the T’au.

The Damocles campaign brought the fighting to his oceans. At Prefectia and in the defence of Voltoris, Terryn lances (the Knight formations of the house) opposed the cadres of Shadowsun. Since the opening of the Rift, Necrons have been present beneath the homeworld and Alaitoc has appeared in its skies.

A cream band on blue armour plate marks the rank of High Monarch, and a horsehead crest completes the identification. Tybalt’s role is to keep House Terryn eager for the wars it can still reach.
