Nork Deddog is an Ogryn bodyguard so unusually bright that the Astra Militarum keeps putting officers behind him and calling it a strategy. He understands orders, remembers faces, and has pulled more colonels out of fire than the Schola would like to credit to an abhuman.
Catachan has used him. So have staffs that needed a wall with a pulse. Nork treats loyalty as a simple machine: the little boss points, the big boss hits, everybody who is supposed to live does, and medals are just shiny things that prove the machine worked.
The Munitorum files him as a resource. The men who have stood behind him file him as the reason they still can.
