Marshal Blackwood’s Imperial Guard and Legio Tempestus Titans broke Heritor Asphodel’s hold on Ashek II’s hives in 756–757.M41. Asphodel’s woe machines shredded infantry until Titans duelled the Hammerstone Kings and the Crow-Hand died in orbit. Young Commissar Ibram Gaunt fought the hive purge that followed. Asphodel fled before the lava hills could hide a counter-strike. The Heritor’s machines next surfaced on Balhaut.
