Ashek II

Ashek II is a hive world in the Sabbat Worlds where Heritor Asphodel first fielded woe machines against Marshal Blackwood’s Guard and Titans.

Operation Newfound placed the planet’s hives on Slaydo’s route to Balhaut. Infantry sustained heavy losses until Legio Tempestus and armoured forces defeated the Hammerstone Kings and the Crow-Hand. Three months of fighting within the hives completed the purge. Asphodel escaped and appears in the crusade’s later maps.

Commissar Gaunt gained early combat experience during the campaign. Ashek II is recorded under the Ashek II System on the Newfound Trailing chart.
