Arthas-Moloch

Arthas-Moloch is a dead artefact world on the Eastern Fringe where Commander Farsight found the Dawn Blade among Khornate wreckage. Ultima charts record it as a silent prize, not as a living sept (a T’au colony world), and it is distinct from other worlds that share the name Moloch.

A T’au expedition entered the hexagrammatic ruins and killed the inhabitants who still worshipped a throne of skulls. The expedition left with the Dawn Blade, which has since remained in conflict with Farsight’s soul. The Ethereals continue to disapprove of the expedition’s after-action report. The world itself is now regarded as a grave.

Arthas-Moloch’s standing rests on its role as the site where the Dawn Blade was recovered. Unofficial summaries retain its Ultima parent and decline to relabel it as a T’au colony or to confuse it with other Moloch worlds.
