Commander Bravestorm
Commander, Member of the Eight
Also known as Bravestorm, Shas'O Dal'yth Ko'vash Kha'drel
Homeworld: Dal'yth
Commander Bravestorm (Shas’O Dal’yth Ko’vash Kha’drel) is a T’au commander who remained in service inside a life-support battlesuit. He took part in Operation Pluto, which expelled Imperial forces from Dal’yth, and the campaign left him dependent on his battlesuit.
At Blackthunder Mesa, Bravestorm destroyed tanks and a Titan with an Onager Gauntlet, until his XV8 battlesuit was damaged beyond ordinary repair. Medics then integrated life-support systems into the wrecked suit and kept him within it. He subsequently followed Farsight into the Enclaves and continued to fight Orks from the same chassis. On Arthas Moloch, the suit’s iridium plating failed under Ork fire, and Farsight removed what remained of Bravestorm from the line.
The Eight regard Bravestorm as a living relic that continues to fight. He is not a Dreadnought but a T’au who remained in combat after the suit had become necessary to his survival.
