Asur

Asur is a barren pocket-realm moon within the webway, regarded in Aeldari tradition as the site where Asurmen founded the first Aspect shrine after the Fall. It is an origin-myth location. It is neither a Craftworld nor a Crone World in the Eye.

Asurmen named the moon after himself and trained the Asurya in a hexagonal temple of Khaine. He sent Jain Zar, Fuegan, Maugan Ra, Baharroth, and others out along the Path of the Warrior. Great mantises once lived there. After the Phoenix Lords departed, daemons overran the shrine-world.

Asur remains significant as the origin myth of the Craftworld Aeldari, and the Phoenix Lords are traced back to it. Unofficial summaries place it in the Ghost Stars with the kind "planet". They do not merge it with Biel-Tan, the Black Library, or Asuryan’s Heaven.
