Karthago Sector

The Karthago Sector is an Ultima Maelstrom Zone cube whose satrap Tanit Koenig actually began the Badab War, after which Adeptus Arbites Moral Enforcement has been extracting tithe and reparations ever since.

Sidon Ultra is capital; Cygnax, Sagan, and Hallow's Point share the chart. The whole sector paid for one governor's pride.

The Karthago Sector still matters as the Badab War's other bill. Unofficial notes keep the Ultima parent and leave Sagan a child of sagan-subsector.
