KCX-1288 was a collapsing Saruthi system in which Eisenhorn burned the Necroteuch and House Glaw’s exchange ended in the void.

Tobias Maxilla’s Essene carried the retinue into the failing system while Gorgone Locke and House Glaw’s cabal attempted to complete the trade. Mandragore Carrion’s Emperor’s Children and the Saruthi geometry made the burning of the Necroteuch a race against the system’s own collapse.

KCX-1288 remains significant as the location at which the Necroteuch was burned. Unofficial summaries place it under a parent in the Scarus Sector, but the system’s own catalogue entry is absent from the record, and no such entry is supplied here.
