Konor System

The Konor System is Ultramar's northern forge and shipyard well, named for Guilliman's adoptive father and run by a Tetrarch. It sits in the Ultramar Sub-sector; Mars spent a long time refusing to call Konor a proper forge world because it answered to Macragge first.

Gantz is the moon. Astaramis, Drenthal, Loebos, Nethamus, and Vanitor share the charted well, and the 8th-edition Konor campaign put Death Guard and Imperial fists-full of Primaris into these same orbits. The Plague Wars treated this system as the lock on northern Ultramar, not as a back-line factory.

The Konor System still matters because Guilliman's restored Five Hundred Worlds need a forge that is Ultramar's, not Mars's. Unofficial fan maps keep the ultramar-subsector parent and do not move Konor out to a generic Ultima forge cluster.
