Piscina System

The Piscina System is a mining system in the Segmentum Obscurus, about six thousand light years east of the Eye of Terror. Orks skirmish there continually, chiefly in the old mine heads. Piscina IV is a world of the Dark Angels, and Piscina V lies within the same charted system.

Ghazghkull used the system as a staging ground before the Third War for Armageddon. A later plot by the Fallen compelled the garrison of Chaplain Boreas to die within their keep rather than release a virus bomb across the planet.

The Piscina System remains Dark Angels mining territory that both the Orks and the Fallen regard as an entry point. Unofficial summaries retain the Segmentum Obscurus as its parent region and do not classify the system as a second Armageddon.
