Piscina IV

Piscina IV is a Dark Angels mining world about 6,000 light years east of the Eye, forever skirmishing with Orks in old mine heads. Ghazghkull used it as a staging ground before the Third War for Armageddon. A Fallen plot later forced Chaplain Boreas's garrison to die inside their keep rather than vent a virus bomb across the planet.
