Rynnstar System

The Rynnstar System is an agricultural star system in the Loki Sector and the home system of the Crimson Fists Chapter. Its principal world is Rynn’s World, and a second world, Blackwater, shares the system chart. The system lies close to Charadon, and its farmland is not regarded as peaceful.

In 989.M41 a misfired defence missile destroyed Arx Tyrannus. Snagrod’s Waaagh, an ork invasion force, then overran every city on Rynn’s World except New Rynn City, where Pedro Kantor held the last walls. Daemons later emerged from the Great Rift, the warp-storm that divides the Imperium, and the siege continued until Roboute Guilliman’s Indomitus Crusade broke it.

The Rynnstar System retains its standing as the home of the Crimson Fists, which distinguishes it from the many other agricultural systems of the Loki Sector. Unofficial fan references list the Loki Sector as its parent and do not confuse the system with any other location bearing the name Rynn.
