Thracian Primaris System

The Thracian Primaris System is the capital system of the Helican Sub-sector and contains Scarus, an industrial world paved in ferrocrete. Its surface is covered so extensively that the remaining oceans lie beneath the paving. Gudrun, formerly the seat of the sub-sector, is recorded on this map as a child of the Thracian Primaris System rather than of a separate Gudrun system.

Lord Helican’s Triumph, a parade along the Avenue of the Victor Bellum, became known as the Thracian Atrocity when pilots tainted by Chaos strafed the procession. The attack left Ravenor permanently injured. After the fall of Cadia, the Knights of House Krast held the world against the Death Guard. Other worlds in the system include Elnaur Delta, Angelisar, Buyabos, Messina and Lethe XI.

The system remains notable as the Helican hive associated with Eisenhorn. Unofficial fan summaries retain the Helican Sub-sector as its parent, keep the planet Gudrun within it, and do not merge its map pin with that of Thrax.
