Aegis Subsector

The Aegis Sub-sector is the Eastern Fringe administrative division of the Thramas Crusade, an agricultural region into which Horus sent the Night Lords. Their task was to terrorise its population so that Lion El’Jonson could not reinforce Terra.

Thramas and Heroldar are the principal named objectives within the sub-sector. Its agricultural worlds supplied nearby forge worlds until firestorms and a bio-phage left them in ash. Konrad Curze and Lion El’Jonson opposed one another across this region, while Sevatar attempted to keep the Night Lords Legion together.

The Aegis Sub-sector is significant chiefly as the neighbourhood of Thramas, not as a shield-station designation in the setting of the forty-first millennium. In this catalogue it remains under its thramas-sector parent, and the Thramas System is recorded as its child.
