Jago Sevatarion, Sevatar, was First Captain of the Night Lords and the man who named the VIII Legion's way of war when a Terran diplomat wanted a prettier phrase. He was Curze's dark son in truth: a killer who understood the primarch's prophecy and still chose the flaying pits over a sermon.
He held the Kyroptera, dueled Sigismund to a standstill, and kept the Legion pointed during the Thramas Crusade while Curze came apart. The Dark Angels took him at Sheol. What happened in that cell is a Night Lords argument that has not ended.
He vanished before Terra. Some say he died. Some say he walked away from a Legion that had already become the thing he named. The VIII still quotes him either way.
