Konrad Curze is primarch of the Night Lords, the Night Haunter of Nostramo, a prophet who saw every murder coming and committed them anyway. He ruled by terror because he believed terror was the only language that lasted.
He flayed his way through the Heresy, dueled Vulkan into madness, and let the Lion take him on Macragge rather than recant. An Imperial assassin finished what his own visions had promised. He called that justice.
Nostramo is a dead rock. His Legion scattered into murder-cults that still quote him when they want the kill to sound like law. He would have said they finally understood.
