Badab Sector

The Badab Sector is the administrative sector of the Maelstrom Zone associated with the Badab War, and contains Badab Primaris and Archaea/Jahga. It is the sector-level division and is not a synonym for any single star.

The sector also includes the tithe worlds, which owe levies to the Imperium, that Huron sought to retain. The Astral Claws, the Minotaurs and a dozen other Chapters were engaged within its bounds for approximately a generation. Individual numbered Badab worlds are treated separately, under the Badab System entry, which sits beneath this one.

The Badab Sector remains significant as the Maelstrom’s costliest illustration of Chapter feudalism. Unofficial maps retain the Ultima Segmentum as its parent and place the numbered Badab worlds under the Badab System.
