Kadaku

Kadaku is a Recidious System jungle death world in Segmentum Tempestus, the first named ground of Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2. Hive Fleet Leviathan made the canopy a meat-farm; Demetrian Titus dropped here before the war moved to Avarax and Demerium.

Tyranid spores, Cadian holdouts, and Ultramarine strike teams spent the opening hours of that campaign trying to keep a landing zone from becoming a digestion pool. Kadaku is not a shrine world and not a hive. It is wet, loud, and already half-eaten when the camera arrives.

Kadaku still matters as the Recidious jungle the sequel refuses to treat as scenery. Unofficial summaries keep the recidious-system parent and do not confuse this pin with Dawn of War Tartarus or with cemetery-moon Demerium.
