Perlia

Perlia is a Damocles-neighbour civilised world that does the industrial work of its subsector and has been saved twice by Commissar Ciaphas Cain. Orks under Gargash Korbul hit it in the 920s; Cain's March of the Liberator broke that First Siege. In 999.M41 Warmaster Varan came for the Shadowlight, and the Second Siege ended with Varan kicked off a Mechanicus shrine while Necrons walked off with the artefact.
