Ullanor Sector

The Ullanor Sector is a division of the Segmentum Solar centred on Ullanor, the Ork capital that the Emperor and Horus broke in the Ullanor Crusade. The Segmentum Solar is the central of the Imperium’s major administrative regions, and the sector lies within it.

The sector’s chart contains the Ullanor system, Cesstium, Nalkari, New Mitama and Truan IX. Ullanor itself passed through two episodes of note. The Emperor and Horus defeated the Orks there during the Ullanor Crusade, and the Beast later used the world as a throne. Some later histories go further and claim that Armageddon is Ullanor relocated after the War of the Beast, though this account is not the standard one.

The Ullanor Sector remains best known as the Crusade’s most prominent victory over the Orks. Unofficial maps place the sector under the Segmentum Solar and record Ullanor under the Ullanor system. They do not merge it with Armageddon.
