Aza'gorod, the Nightbringer, is the C'tan who taught the galaxy what a reaper looks like. First across the star-bridge into living metal, first to decide mortal souls tasted better than suns, it planted the shape of death in almost every species that still flinches at a scythe.
The Silent King's revolt carved it into shards after it had already eaten its cousins. One shard woke on Pavonis under Uriel Ventris's watch and walked out of the tomb anyway. Destroyer Cults still pray toward a whole Nightbringer, and Nekrosor Ammentar has been collecting pieces as if a god could be glued.
Kaelis Ra to the Aeldari, the Reaper to men. It is not a place, and it is not finished. Every shard is hungry in the original direction.
