Gereon is a Khan Group agri-world the Archenemy occupied so Magister Sek could train his Sons of Sek and unpick the mindlock on traitor General Sturm. Gaunt's insertion team killed Sturm and lived with the resistance; a later Guard liberation came looking for a 'cure to Chaos'. Occupation, not a straightforward set-piece, is the story here.
