Comus was Beta Bequin’s blank-adjacent companion on the Sancour trail through Queen Mab and the City of Dust.
He stayed close when pariah gifts made ordinary allies unreliable and Ravenor’s wider war brushed the Angelus Subsector. Renner Lightburn handled streets; Comus handled the quiet damage blanks leave in a room.
Queen Mab still pairs his name with Beta’s. The Cognitae built one Bequin; Comus was one of the people who kept her moving afterward.
