Lord Rorken

Lord Rorken was the Helican Ordo Xenos lord who stood as institutional parent over Eisenhorn’s early career in the Scarus Sector.

He held Thracian Primaris and the Helican Subsector as Ordo country and signed the warrants that made a young inquisitor’s hunts legal enough to survive review. When Helican politics shifted after Gudrun and the capital moved, Rorken’s office remained the Xenos desk Eisenhorn still answered in theory.

Scarus keeps him as the named lord above the Helican beat. Eisenhorn’s later radicalism is the argument that desk never finished.
