Scarus Sector

The Scarus Sector is a region of Segmentum Obscurus, best known as the setting of the Eisenhorn case files. Those records draw on Helican, Angelus, Ophidian and Vincies, together with the Vraks armoury world.

Thracian Primaris, Gudrun and Eustis Majoris also lie within the sector, and a generation of wars fought by the Inquisition took place across it. Orks entered the sector after the 13th Black Crusade. The Blood Star Campaign, which had already involved three Chapters, preceded that incursion.

The Scarus Sector remains significant as the principal case-file region of Segmentum Obscurus, rather than as a bare Warp Gate designation. This unofficial reference records Segmentum Obscurus as its parent and lists Vraks under the Vincies subsector (vincies-subsector) instead of directly under the sector.
