Biel-Tan is the Swordwind craftworld, militant restorers of the old Aeldari empire who purge Maiden Worlds of settlers. A daemonic invasion and Yvraine's ritual to birth Yncarne shattered its infinity circuit, halved the population, and left the world-ship drifting as a broken fleet. The remaining Swordwind still rides the webway to kill usurpers.
