Karandras

Karandras, the Shadow Hunter, is Phoenix Lord of the Striking Scorpions by inheritance and by a seventeen-day murder. Arhra founded the shrine, then fell, led daemons against Asur, and became the Fallen Phoenix. Karandras, his best pupil, took the armour and taught patience over frenzy.

He was a child when Slaanesh screamed and his family dropped dead. That lesson never left the mandiblasters. The Scorpion's Bite cracks power armour. He has walked tomb worlds alone, cut down Waaagh! bosses, and stood on Alaitoc's walls when the craftworld needed a shadow with a name.

Zandros saw him duel Arhra again in M41, the same number of days, as if the first fight had never finished. He has fought for the Ynnari and for Biel-Tan's Exodite wards. He does not stay.
