Kayleth
Autarch
Also known as Autarch Kayleth
Homeworld: Alaitoc
Kayleth is an Autarch of the Alaitoc craftworld who appears in Dawn of War II, commanding Aspect shrines in Subsector Aurelia. Aspect shrines are the specialised warrior groups of the Aeldari. She is reserved and terse, gives little attention to oratory, and treats war as a matter of methodical logistics. Her usual practice is to commit shrines against a single objective until it ceases to present a threat.
In Dawn of War II, Kayleth serves in Subsector Aurelia, first alongside Idranel and later as the commander whom the craftworld sends to finish Kyras. She and Ronahn disagree over method. He criticises her for advancing to the attack in situations where a ranger would have withdrawn, and she criticises him for surviving by departing the field. Despite this, they continue to operate together across Typhon, Meridian, and the remains of a Chapter Master whose survival had already exceeded expectation.
Alaitoc favours precise warfare, and Kayleth represents that preference in a form that allows little room for delay. Her standing rests on the craftworld’s reliance on her to resolve specific threats decisively, rather than on any claim to rhetorical or ceremonial authority.
