Medusa

Medusa is the waste world of the Iron Hands, a quake-torn planet of clan haulers and ash under a poisoned sky. Ferrus Manus landed here, killed the wyrm Asirnoth, and left the world as harsh as he found it. Chaos hit the planet in the 13th Black Crusade in the largest tank battle since the Heresy, and later raids forced quarantine of infected ground.
