Mad Dok Grotsnik

Mad Dok Grotsnik is the Painboy who put Ghazghkull's head back together and has been taking credit, patients, and spare parts ever since. Ork medicine is already violence. Grotsnik is the specialist who thinks the violence should be interesting.

He has rebuilt Warbosses, invented surgery that would make a Magos weep, and wandered from warband to warband whenever the last one ran out of volunteers. Armageddon has seen his work walk back into the fight with somebody else's skull for a spare part.

Ghazghkull's legend has a dok in it. The dok's legend has a lot of other people's blood, which he would call a successful ward round.
