Gabriel Seth is Chapter Master of the Flesh Tearers, a Blood Angels successor that treats the Rage as a tool it has stopped apologising for. He wears the reputation like armour and dares the rest of the Imperium to call the Chapter extinct before it is finished fighting.
He stood with Dante when Baal burned, kept his sons from being folded into someone else's colour scheme, and has spent a career proving that a Chapter this violent can still be pointed at the right enemy. Cretacia raised him. The rest of the galaxy is a problem he solves with a two-handed Eviscerator.
Seth is not a diplomat. He is the reason the Flesh Tearers still have a name instead of a memorial.
