Fyodor Karamazov is an Inquisitor Lord of the Ordo Hereticus, Pyrophant Judge of Salem Proctor, the Amalathian who rides a Throne of Judgement because walking would imply the accused deserved a conversation. A plea of innocence, he has said, is guilty of wasting his time.
He burned the preacher Icarael while the Ecclesiarchy was still composing a thank-you, then watched some of Icarael's flock prove him right about Chaos. That has not made the Ministorum like him. It has made him impossible to retire.
The throne is a relic and a threat. Karamazov is both, on wheels, still purging sub-sectors that thought the Dark Imperium was an excuse to get sloppy.
