Antaka Cyvaan

Antaka Cyvaan was a Raven Guard Librarian who attended the Council of Nikaea and afterwards served Malcador as a Knight-Errant. He attended as a witness in connection with the shards of Magnus, and Malcador retained him once the conclave ended. Deliverance had made him a psyker within a Legion that favoured silence, and the Council’s proceedings left him a figure requiring a defined purpose.

He adopted the black of the Knights-Errant, Malcador’s agents, and undertook the search for the remnants of a primarch whose continued existence the Imperium was not meant to acknowledge. Some later lists record him under the name Ogen, identifying him with a Grey Knight. The surviving records disagree on the point, and the identification remains unconfirmed.

Whether he became that Grey Knight or was simply absorbed into the Sigillite’s records, Cyvaan did not return to Kiavahr as a Librarian. Nikaea altered more than the Legion’s right to speak. It also ended his standing as the observer the Legion had sent to listen.
